ORDERS - When will I get my order? In time for Christmas?
If everything goes according to plan with production, ocean freight and customs clearance, we will begin shipping Collection 2 to our backers in the US between the last week of November and the second week of December. Our schedule is very tight, but we believe we will be able to receive Collection 2 in our warehouse by the end of November.
Should anything unexpected delay our production schedule, we will be sure to communicate it with all our backers in case they want to cancel their pledges with absolutely no penalty. As we have always done, we will communicate delivery updates with you every step of the way.

ORDERS - Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We’ll be shipping to select countries around the world: United States, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, Singapore, Japan, France, Netherlands, and Hong Kong. After selecting a reward tier, choose “shipping destination” to pick your country.
To ensure smooth fulfillment for our customers, we’re limiting shipping countries for now. If you’re interested in getting Animoodles, you could ship them to a friend or family member in one of our shipping countries (United States, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, Singapore, Japan, France, Netherlands, and Hong Kong), then ask them to mail it to you. ORDERS - Can I order more than a single set of Animoodles?
Yes! Just multiply the amount of your pledge plus shipping by the number of sets you want. For example, if you want 2 sets of the 6-pack tier, multiply the total product and shipping amount by 2. We’ll see that and send you 2 6-pack sets instead of 1 6-pack set. You can change your pledge level any time before the campaign is over.

ORDERS - Can I change my order details after ordering?
Before the campaign ends, you can change your pledge in Kickstarter at anytime. After the campaign closes, we’ll be sending you a survey to reconfirm which Animoodles you are ordering as well as your shipping address. You can also add on additional Animoodles you forgot to order in the follow-up survey.

To keep Animoodles in the best shape possible, wipe them with a damp cloth to clean. Animoodles should be surface cleaned only, and should not be immersed in water or liquids, or washed in washing machines.

PRODUCT / REWARD TIERS - Are Animoodles soft?
Yes, they’re huggably soft and have a luxurious hand feel! There are no hard shells that line the inside, and their insides are mostly soft, fluffy stuffing - the same type commonly used in the highest quality stuffed animals. The only “hard part” on Animoodles are their small magnetic connection points (largest is 1.5 inches x 0.3 inches), however when Animoodles are put together, they’re soft to touch everywhere.

SAFETY / MAGNETS - Are Animoodles safe for my kids & pets? What ages are they designed for?
Animoodles are safe for kids 3 and older. We’ve conducted initial safety testing, including a 15,000 cycle durability test that mimics 3 years of daily, aggressive play, with little to no wear and tear. Animoodles have highly secure, patent-pending double-sewn hidden magnet enclosures to ensure the magnet discs stay firmly in place. Each detachable plush part is also a substantial size with the smallest at 2.8 inches in length x 1 inch width; this is a full inch longer than required by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. Animoodles are not a pet toy and should not be given to any pets or animals.

SAFETY / MAGNETS - Are Animoodles safe for my electronics?
We’ve personally played with Animoodles around our electronics with no harm whatsoever. Magnets are surprisingly found in many common household items–like your microwave, garbage disposal, refrigerator, blender, hair dryers, speakers, computers, & more. However, we do recommend exercising caution around electronics in general.

SAFETY / MAGNETS - What are rare earth neodymium magnets? How strong are they?
Rare earth magnets are some of the world’s strongest magnets. Neodymium magnets are a specific type of rare earth magnet, much stronger than typical fridge magnets. They are strong enough so that Animoodles stay together when assembled, yet are easy enough for kids 3 & older to pull them apart. Neodymium magnets are commonly used in household goods like cordless tools, headphones, speakers, hard disk drives, jewelry clasps, etc. Our magnets are disc shaped and highly secured inside double sewn-enclosures within the plush parts of each Animoodles.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
